If the machine breaks down with customer’s normal use during the maintenance period , the customer should connect to us at once . We have duty to sent appointed service engineer to offer the service of checking and maintaining for your machine.

maintenance service range:
Free charge of machine’s installation, adjustment, operation training and fixing break down and maintaining with the normal operation.
free charge of changing the damaged spares with the normal operation during the maintenance period.

● Copier consumed goods: drum, develop cartridge the main consumed part of machine. The spares which are not belonged to the machines are not including the maintenance.

copier/printer maintenance introduction:

　　　low-speed machine (15p/m or below)—one year after installing or see the maintenance pages(according to the first one of two arriving)
　　　medium speed machine(16-34p/m)-- one year after installing or see the maintenance pages(according to the first one of two arriving)
　　　high speed machine-1(35-49p/m) --one year after installing or see the maintenance pages(according to the first one of two arriving)
　　　high speed machine-2(50p/m or above)-- one year after installing or see the maintenance pages(according to the first one of two arriving)

the fee of maintaining and installing during the maintenance period:
Free charge of maintenance service is not including the fee of transportation, accommodation and regular maintaining, therefore customer should consult the arrangement of concerning items with us.

which are not allowed:
1） faulty declarer or don’t accomplish the maintenance declaring as required；
2） don’t show the effective (original) guarantee or customer transfer’s the machine to other one.
3） damages caused by customer’s incorrect use or repairing by themselves
4） damages caused by unprofessional net-maintainer’s repairing, disassembling or charging
5） damages caused by using the fake spares or an summer goods (for example : drum、 develop and cartridge)
6） The problems caused by disaster or unstable power (not by machine’s quality)

only as the following three points , can you charge free and timely declare, if you need charge the spares during the guarantee time.
1） declaration to claim on damages
2） copier damaged spaces of copier
3） Copy of guarantee (customer’ page)

Customers notice: guarantee is the repairing proof that ensure you have fully after-sale service, therefore you should preserve it very well. If you lost it you will lose the maintaining rights. Maintaining time is according to the guarantee attached with the machine.
